Over 30 Years of Handbag Embroidery Experience

Since 1995, YQX has developed long-term experience in computerized embroidery for handbag panels, logo areas and decorative components. This experience helps us make practical decisions on stitch density, stabilizing, placement, thread control and material handling for different handbag designs and substrates.

For handbag brands and manufacturers, our focus is not only on producing a good sample, but on maintaining accurate placement, clean embroidery details and consistent quality across repeated components and bulk production.

A Clear Process from Sample to Bulk Production

With over 30 years of embroidery manufacturing experience, we know that reliable bulk production starts with a well-confirmed sample. We review the artwork, material, panel or component requirements first, develop the sample carefully, and move into bulk production only after approval.

01. Project Review

You send us your artwork, material details, panel or component dimensions, quantity and application requirements.

02. Embroidery Planning

We review the design and material, then confirm thread colors, stitch structure, placement, stabilizing and the appropriate production method.

03. Sample Development

Our team prepares the embroidery file and produces the first sample to check appearance, placement and material performance.

04. Sample Approval

We make adjustments where needed and confirm the approved sample before moving into bulk production.

05. Bulk Production

Production follows the approved sample to maintain consistent placement, stitch definition, color appearance and repeatable quality across components.

06. QC & Finishing

Finished embroidery is inspected for placement, stitch quality and visible defects, then trimmed, cleaned and prepared for packing or the next assembly stage.
