Custom Embroidered Patches FAQ
Our minimum order quantity is 20 pieces per design. We can support small development orders, but quantities of 300 pieces or more usually provide a more favorable unit cost because setup and production costs are distributed across a larger order.
Please provide your artwork or reference image, finished size, quantity, preferred backing, intended application and delivery country. You may also include color references, packaging requirements and the required delivery date.
Once the main specifications are complete, we normally provide a quotation within 24 hours.
Yes. We can produce a physical sample so you can review the size, stitching, colors, border and backing before bulk production.
For bulk orders of more than 100 pieces, the sample charge can be fully credited toward the bulk order value.
Standard embroidered patch samples usually take around 2–3 business days after the artwork and specifications are confirmed.
Bulk production normally takes around 7–15 business days after sample approval. The final schedule depends on the design complexity, quantity, materials, backing and packaging requirements.

Vector artwork is preferred, but we can also evaluate high-resolution images. Our team will review the design before production and advise whether any details need to be adjusted for embroidery.

Small lettering and fine details depend on the finished patch size, font style, stitch direction, thread density and base fabric.
Our embroidery engineers review every design before production and recommend practical adjustments when necessary. We do not apply one fixed minimum letter size because different fonts and designs behave differently in embroidery.
Most standard embroidered patch designs can support up to 12 thread colors.
For designs with more colors, gradients or very fine color transitions, our team will review the artwork and may recommend simplifying certain areas or using alternative techniques.
Yes. We can work from Pantone color references or compare thread colors against a customer-supplied physical color sample.
Because embroidery thread has its own sheen and texture, final color selection is confirmed using the closest available thread match during sampling.

Merrowed borders are generally suitable for regular circular, square and simple shapes. Laser-cut or hot-cut edges are usually better for irregular outlines, detailed shapes and letter patches.
